We are your neighbors, friends, and colleagues, all working for Democratic values, candidates, and policies throughout Columbia County.

The CCDC is committed to the advancement of progressive Democratic goals through efficient and effective government:  economic equality and meaningful job development; quality public education; affordable healthcare, childcare, and housing; respect and inclusion for all.

Who?
All volunteers, the CCDC is composed of the members of the party’s 18 Town committees and the City of Hudson’s Democratic committee, representing the 14,000+ registered Democrats in Columbia County.

What?
The CCDC works to recruit and elect Democratic candidates to village, town, county, state, and federal offices, and provides volunteers and financial support for those elections. The CCDC also seeks out individual Democrats to participate in local volunteer governance, including Zoning, Planning, and Historic Preservation Boards and Commissions.

Where and when?
We meet on the fourth Thursday of every month. Check Calendar for location and time. Meeting reminders, agendas, and any change of venue will always be posted here, on our Facebook page, and sent via email to our membership list. How?
